You are an all-rounder and enjoy
- maintaining & installing web servers
- application testing and deployment
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript and standard graphics work
- reviewing and testing of technologies (codecs, streaming, content networks, etc.)
- standard tech support including network, PCs, and MACs.
Good knowledge of at least one scripting language is required. Ruby on Rails & SQL knowhow preferred.
This position is a great opportunity to move up. It is for the second employee of this new web division of a production and publishing company and we plan to have 5-6 people working on interactive full-time by the end of the first quarter. We offer a very casual working environment with an intensely focused and professional team working on a major internet content platform.
The job location is in Miami’s Wynwood district. Health Insurance will be provided after 90 days.
